Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the import nature of Weekly Shonen Jump issues, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged.
Damaged Items
If your issue arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mangawest.com. Include photos of the damage and your order information. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Damage Resolution Process
When you report damage, we will review your photos and order details. If the damage is confirmed and occurred during shipping, we will either replace the item if available or issue a refund for the purchase price. Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the lost package resolution process. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@mangawest.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.
