Delivery Timeline

Weekly Shonen Jump issues are released in Japan on specific dates. Orders ship 3-5 weeks after the Japan release date to your address in the United States. This timeline accounts for international shipping, customs processing, and domestic delivery.

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracked shipping to the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your package's progress from Japan to your doorstep.

Customs Handling

We handle customs processing for all shipments. There are no additional customs fees or surprise charges for orders shipped within the United States.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for 6 weeks after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@mangawest.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot modify addresses after an order has been dispatched. If you need to change your address before dispatch, contact us immediately.
